More disappointed than anything.

We did our whole apartment with Robertson. Very good designers. They listen to the requirements and come with excellent suggestions which are either already in the shop or are shipped in. They are not cheap and deliver classy things. After service is terrible. They’ve got your money and don’t want to hear about small problems or assist in updating things a year or two later. Their invoicing is very un-specific so it is hard to get them nailed; suspect that authorities have a similar problem with them. Bascicly very unhelpful and obstructive in after service. We have bought an second apartment and definitely haven’t used them; we don’t need headaches.
