Eureka Street Furniture Helensvale

My experience was nothing short of a colossal disappointment. Although the store manager on the Gold Coast was forthcoming and tried her best, the HQ Team’s responses left me appalled. As any reasonable person, I understand T&Cs, however having observed the forgiving nature of other brands and companies during Covid-19, I hoped this company would show just as much understanding to my unfortunate circumstances. Eureka Furniture has shown no flexibility nor empathy towards these special circumstances after I had reached out to them. It is all money for this brand – customer retention does not seem to high on their agenda! It is ironic that I am expected to wait for months on their product to be delivered and have understanding, yet when I ask for proper support, I receive the worst po00ssible service. Eureka are set on not offering no more than store credit, no matter your hardship and the fairness in the attempt to reverse a wrong decision - a decision to buy a piece of their furniture in order to have enough monies to support a newborn, as a single parent. Not to mention once more the behavior of said HQ, which bluntly communicated through their Store Manager for me not to try and call them as they will refuse to correspond with me. The sheer refusal to cooperate and support me, left me thwarted and helpless, as I am now having to take the hard road in ensuring that I receive some form of restitution to not incur a long-term financial hardship. The customer care is lackluster, however I am hoping others will think twice before purchasing from this company, as they will be left hanging if a problem occurs. PS They deleted my feedback from their social platforms (Facebook and Instagram) the very minute I posted it. Hypocrisy at its best. Shame

Great place to shop when the sales are on. You can get yourself a great deal. Staff very friendly and helpful. Angie was super helpful and genuine.

The TV unit and coffee table we ordered arrived in good condition and were a reasonable price. It did take 4 months to get here though, but we bought couches from another store at the same time and it took just as long due to covid.

Tall boys sliders keep breaking, they said you have to many cloths in the draw ie no more the 20kg, we dont and have never had that much weight in them, bed been repaire due to creaking, they said it was the way i put it together yet its still crecking and we both together only weight 150kg, poor designs and construction, side table been replace twice due to draws and doors dropping etc, sofa been replaced due to ping noise from springs and centre pad wrong hight, coffee table been replaced due to timber separating they said shouldn't have drinks on it as that would happen( its a coffee table ) i can keep going...over priced and poor quality, Amart furniture is better...will go back to Amart next time...

Would have been ok if the staff bothered to speak to you. I had tried to call the store for two days without anyone picking up the phone. After finally visiting the store, the two were too busy complaining about their manager making them work.
