Great range of furniture and mattresses. It was my first time purchasing my own mattress and I had no idea what I was looking for but the sales rep George was extremely helpful and friendly and helped me find exactly what I needed - at a great price too. Lauren who served me at the counter was amazing, I told her I purchased a bed online I was no longer happy with and I'd seen another one in the store that I liked better and she swapped them for me no problem - and also made sure the bed and mattress would be delivered together so I only had to pay one delivery fee. Amazing customer service, will be coming back for anything I need!

Excellent service with a lady by the Name of Lauren who was so helpful and organised for my new bed to be delivered sooner. All staff have been extremely helpful I'm now looking forward to my new bed.

Won't uphold their 5 year warranty for faulty products when outdoor furniture is kept out doors for 9 months. We went through 2 levels of customer service and their answer was take it to the ACCC. Eventually the local store came through with a token partial refund.

Good attentive staff, some were just lulling around talking to each other, but i wasn't there long enough to observe this as an issue. Cheaper prices than the other local furniture stores.
