Such a great experience shopping here. My wife and I have been shopping with Village for a number of years now and we have found some fantastic unique pieces. Buyers be ware! Please shop around before you purchase any items from the village!!!! The so called “designer pieces” are of extremely poor quality, prices are of a HUGE profit mark up, you won’t be buying items to match quality, these days there are so many other furniture stores and bespoke manufacturers that offer much more quality pieces that will save you a negative experience in the short and long term. As an interior designer myself, the village will try to add on extra sales strategies to upscale their already overpriced and inadequate items.

I received defective/damaged furniture after an online order. After a couple of attempts to swap and repair the furniture, it remained defective, so I requested a refund. After being told over the phone by the store owner that he would issue a full refund, he reneged on his verbal agreement weeks later. This was a highly stressful experience that has been ongoing for months now and has left me thousands of dollars out of pocket.
