Jackie at the Springfield store is amazing - she went above and beyond to help me with a purchase. For years I had been searching for a particular Noosa canvass - she knew exactly what I was talking about and where to find a large print. Amazing service, great products!

Not sure if the staff member Robyn has been let go or spoken to about her attitude but don’t let the comments below put you off. The range of products is great and the items are presented thoughtfully. I found the staff member I dealt with very helpful and am back again today to purchase another item. They do need a trading hours sign displayed though as I had to rely on google.

Served by Robyn the other day. Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time and the product I bought is beyond poor quality. Stereotypical Chinese junk. Already damaged and I'd rather take a loss on my money than deal with them to rectify. Sorry but its that bad!

The worst customer service ever! Robyn the manager is so rude and couldn't get herself out of a wet paper bag she's useless. I did deliveries for this company and all their products are VERY CHEAP, lots of returns! Shop somewhere and per and avoid disappointment. AVOID ! The worst.

They have some beautiful homewares that's for sure. But the customer service is lacking big time. I was disappointed today to see a glare of distain from one staff member as I attempted to negotiate a double pram through the store, which turned out to be impossible. As I waited for my mother to check out a few pieces she was interested in, I was disappointed to see the staff behind the counter casually chatting about this n that rather than approaching potential buyers to assist them. It's not hard, even in a pandemic to show some level of courtesy to potential buyers.
