We purchased a brown leather lounge just over 3 years ago. It has not had any direct sunlight on it however it has significantly faded. This lounge was an expensive purchase and we expected a higher quality from Freedom. They sent out a company to review the claim and said it was environmental and would not cover it. Buyer beware of purchasing any furniture from Freedom - poor quality for the price you pay! All they could say was sorry.

Business transactions are only one way with this company. We have waited 16 weeks for furniture only to be told it’s delayed further. It’s not acceptable to wait for 5 months for lounge and outdoor settings. Not will to work with their customers. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. Update: went to Hervey Norman who were able to deliver a better lounge suite for around the same value within a few days.

Great service, patient and friendly staff. Highly recommend a visit... we will be back .

The worse service. Fantastic Furniture probably do better. Freedom late delivery, the shop assistant don't know the shop policies within payments or regulations and delivery or purchase, no existing of online payments for ongoing orders, website unfriendly and old age system. The furniture is excellent but the service is the worse, your regular KFC is better and it is running by kids. Bought on 01 June 2020 then full pay and still waiting for Delivery until October first week. No joking I have the first invoice with me. If they don't have the item in the shop ready for you DO NOT buy it.

Waited 17 weeks now for an order that was supposed to be 12-14 weeks. Multiple calls to the store & told numerous lies as to when it would arrive that it was on time and including if we paid in full it would speed up the process when it did come in. Now I've just been told November! Absolute Joke! Call staff keep saying they will send enquiry to find out why and get back to me and no one is following through. Not happy!
