Fantastic Furniture

Ordered a sofa lounge on the internet. Very easy process. Had a phone call the next day to ask if we wanted it delivered the following day (Saturday). Was rung by the delivery driver half an hour before delivery time. Turned up, put the lounge where I wanted it, all very efficient, pleasant and on time. Well done fantastic service.

We went to FF Burleigh Heads today to look for a lounge we were able to wander around for a short time and then Sofia :-) came to assist us. She was absolutely wonderful showed us everything they had within our requirements and checked FF stock online, we were also given the opportunity to bring home some of the fabric samples to check against our decor. Sofia :-) explained the different fabrics that are available for each lounge, warranty, fabric guard and delivery fees. She was very friendly and more than helpful. Thank you for your help today Sofia :-) it was greatly appreciated.

Service was great from the moment we stepped in store. Although when our sofa was delivered one part was faulty. The contact, instructions and replacement was well organised and kept us informed. Delivery drivers also a pleasure to meet. Would shop here again!

Excellent customer service, was asked if I was ok 3 times which was fantastic! Didn't feel ignored at all. Showroom was specious & great variety of furniture in store!
