Fantastic Furniture

I purchased a 5 seater couch & arranged to have it delivered but the delivery guys (different company) bought 6 big boxes into living room & they said have fun & left so lucky I had someone help me set couch up & I had to arrange for all the cardboard to be taken to the tip, lucky it was recycling so I wasn't charged a fee.

Wouldn't recomend for pick up or delivery. Waiting just over 6 weeks for 1 shelf, which would have been fine if I had received any communication or correspondence. No replies to emails and when I called the staff weren't sure. I was told someone would send me an update this week and its now Sunday with no updates what so ever. Unless you really have to or you can purchase in store I wouldnt recomend using fantastic furniture. Not as good as they use to be.

Worse customer experience ever! Sofa was delivered and driver took off without comment before I had unpacked and comfirmed everything was there. I then ordered 2 extra cushions for my sofa. Paid a 50% deposit. Got a call to say they were in stock and ready to collect. Went in twice and they couldn't find them. Same person both times - was so embarrassed he said he would take care of the order himself and would give them to me for half price. Called again 3 weeks later - still no sign of them and no record of the offer to discount! Told them to keep them! WHAT DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Excellent service, we were quoted 6-8 weeks for our table to be ordered in and we got it in 4ish weeks which I was super pleased about! The guy who served us both times was so friendly and easy going...and he's the reason I'm leaving the review (sorry didn't get his name but believe he could be the manager) Warehouse guys were very helpful also! Rare to have good customer service at a furniture place 👍

The young guy here was extremely helpful and friendly .10 out of 10 for service 😀👌
