Highly recommend East Coast Car Rentals. The rates were competitive and the communication was great. The Suzuki Baleno I got was in a practically new conditions. Their car fleet is in very good age too. People are friendly.

I have driven car in more than 10 countries and used dozen of car rental companies but so far, experience with eastcoast has been the best. Affordable, professional and welcoming staff and easy to access.

They seem to be the best priced car rental agency around the Mascot area. Their cars are always immaculate, inside and out. The staff are very friendly, and are always there to help with any needs you may have. I always book with them whenever I'm in need of a rental car - whether it's for 2 days, or 2 weeks. I would recommend them to anyone!

I rent a car.they Help me starting car but Forget leaving key in the car. I m drive away and stop car. Then can't find key. I try call them but them didn't have any customer service on the phone. I go back office but closed. I try email to them but nobody reply. Second day I go to office them give me key. They talk me manege will be contact me on Monday But three days ago no body contact me…

Hello Everyone, Just thought to share my experience with East Coast Car Rental. I came in to pick-up my pre booked car and there was a gentleman very upset about his security deposit. Didn't get to understand exactly why but he was really over the top. Anyway paid my security deposit of 1000, got the car and off I went. Brought back the car after a day no problems with it, thanks and by. After a week still didn't get my deposit back. Had to come back to Sydney airport and ask for it, receptionist tried to find excuses, they simply didn't release it, maybe forgot, maybe on purpose... whi knows. Now my bond is been released and immediately got it back on my account. Will I rent from them again or suggest them to my friends and family?? NO.
