Worst experience ever. Booked a car 2 weeks in advance. When I arrived at the Mercure depot there was nobody there. Rang numerous times and no one answered the phone. Ended up ringing the general reservation number and they advised me there are often issues with this depot and to go to the Pullman depot. When I arrived there I was advised 2 staff member never showed up for work and there were no cars available. I emailed Europcar and rang to complain about this about a week agao and am yet to receive a reply back. My advise it to avoid this depot and to avoid Europcar all together.

This station never confirmed the booking, so had to go to an alternative station at the last minute.
Worst renting experience I ever had. The employee was totally incapable of his job. It took us about 40 minutes to get the reserved car. He was not very friendly and had a really bad pronunciation and understanding of English. Furthermore, he was not very friendly. I would really recommend using another station instead of this.
