Avoid at all costs. Zero customer experience. Charged me $3/L when I dropped the car when I filled it the night before. It was full minus 3 litres. Couldn't get out of the seat to talk to me. First and last time using them.

Please do not book with this company (Alexandria) customer service is unprofessional, rude and will make you pay for there own mistakes. I had a problem with there car as soon as I drove out. I called them and told them about the light being light on my dashboard. The customer service representative told me don’t worry it’s a new car it is safe to drive. I asked again because on the weekend I had to drive long distance. No she reassured me that it is safe. Oh well surely enough my tyre blowout. I changed the spare one and called them the next day to advise what happened. They said no problem we will look after it. They sure did charged me $ 267.80 for one tyre. If I knew there was an issue with the tyre I would of gone back to them or replaced it my self. The girl who was on the phone did not say anything just assured me it was safe to drive. When I complained they said they are in the right and the staff told me the right thing to do???? No way please do not book with them worst customer service experience I ever had.

We booked a car through their official website and we did received a confirmation email. Their price is slightly lower compare to the other company. However, when we are at the pick up office, they told us that they do not have any car available because we make the booking less than 24 hrs. The staff is polite but I don't think that "making the booking less than 24 hrs" is a valid reason as we did received a confirmation email. We ended up taking an Uber to their airport branch to pick up another car. I will definitely not rent a car from them again.

I had made an online booking 1 day in advance, but when I came to pick the car up the front desk guy told me that they didn't have any cars available. DON'T RISK YOUR HOLIDAYS RELYING ON THIS COMPANY! There are many others which you can trust

Check the vehicles before leaving the place the car I had had bold tyres and torn carpets. Won't answer the phone calls and take weeks to get your deposit back.
