I won the car rental lottery when I got 'Jen' as my Ace rental agent at the Sydney airport location. What a complete and utter delight of a human. One of the best customer services experiences I've ever had - friendly, open, honest, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had all of the information I needed for a smooth experience. Great experience, clean and reliable car. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Thank you!

We rent Toyota corolla for a week and the car was absolutely clean with no stinky smell. However, in the booking details company provided with two options for being picked up to the car park: from the international or domestic airport. When we arrived to the international airport spot there wasn't any shuttles to the car park. We lost an hour trying to figure out where are the company’s shuttle. The company’s phone number provided only an auto-reply and we couldn't connect to the operator. So they didn't correct the pickup spot changed due to COVID in the details sent. Somehow we found out shuttle from the domestic airport and reached a car park. But they didn't warn us that we need to return the car before 4:30 pm since airport shuttles are not available after. The office staff was completely nice and helpful but the company should correct the information provided to customers due to COVID.

Rented a car from Ace in July 2020 for a weekend, their website said the pick up location was at the back of the airport within an industrial part of the airport, their offices had all the lights off at 8am, and after waiting for an hour and trying to phone someone, one of the workers for Hertz told us they've moved into the main terminal. The car pick up afterwards (FROM HERTZ) was actually fine, and the car was clean and modern. However a month later i received a charge onto my credit card for the dreaded $35 "admin fee" and a $4 toll fee, even though i was certain that googlemaps took my on a no toll route. After numerous phone calls, and emails they've yet to reply to me as to what toll road i took.. crooks! Pay the extra 1-2% and go with a reliable company.
