Easy to deal with the staff and really quick process to get into the hire car assigned to you. All done in under 10 minutes.

I arrived at the last minute on a long weekend at Naraellan. They had no vehicles available but directed me to Campbelltown who had some options. At Campbelltown they did not have what I want but convinced me another option would be as good if not better to my needs. I took the truck and they were right it worked perfectly for my needs. Hallam (think that was his name) was very helpful and very friendly his customer service skills are excellent. Given I turned up on a long weekend without a booking I expected to get price gouged and would have accepted it, however the price was so good I had to ask if he was sure twice. Overall this was a great experience and I will be sure to go back next time.
