Terrible service. Had to wait 45 minutes for a vehicle that I had Pre book and paid for. Then I was given a minivan instead of the Ute I ordered. I had to raise a complaint to even be given the original vehicle I ordered. All the whole being a ‘Five star Gold Member’ which obviously means nothing.

Daryl was extremely patient and helpful today. Beautiful manner as did the lady on Sundsy afternoon whose name I didnt catch. On the previous Thursday Gina snd Hassan organised an upgrade as they had available options. Thank you.

I can't remember the guy's name i think it was Darrel(very short hair) he's the best and service overall is great.

Beware when you pick up your car. We didn't realised the jack and tools, which is "the first aid" tools that come standard with the car, have gone missing. We only knew of this, after we left from the airport pick up location. By law Hertz should be responsible for this. We called to the direct number reporting this, only to be told they would call us back, but in fact they never called back. Not to mention the missing spare tyre cover, making the reverse camera gets dirty easily, and many times making this safety function useless. The customer service need to be improved. When picking up, the staff doesn't really want to move out from the office, even after we report there's more damages found that what's they've recoded in the contract. Simply dismissing the customer by telling them to take video and photos. And when returning, the staff receiving the car was courteous. However when we request for some compensation, for their failure; they don't want to do anything. Not to mention they charge 33% airport surcharge, on top of the extra kilometers charge. This they could easily taken off as compensation, but no, they don't really care about customer satisfaction nor safety.
