Best car rental in Sydney. I stand by my words. HERTZ Bankstown is the best car rental in Sydney. I strongly recommend the lovely staff of Hertz Bankstown and their services :)
What company worth their salt doesn't have tap pay facilities in 2020? Utterly inexcusable. I haven't carries a wallet for more than 2 years relying on my phone to make paymnets. this lack of service left me high and dry when my insurance organised a car for me while mine was being repaired. Staff did their best to compensate for the companies shortcomings so can't fault them. Get your act together and get with the times.
Staff are so friendly & helpful, got my car quickly, without any drama
Told me to register for Emu Pass to pay for tolls, which I did.
4 weeks after the car hire, I get an invoice for $4 for the toll (which I have already paid), and a $40 admin fee for them to pay the toll. No customer support phone number to call and the email was sent from a “noreply” email address. Amount automatically deducted from my credit card.
Probably not the branch’s fault, but terrible experience for what should be a routine process.
Edit: A few emails and phone calls later, and the $40 admin fee was waived.
