Do not go with Alamo or Enterprise or Red Spot. They’ll take your money first, then the car you requested will not be available. Then charge you a cancellation fee of over $100 AUD. The paperwork said to pick up from Sydney International Airport but it is closed. Then you somehow have to make your way to the Domestic Airport only to find out that they have no car that was requested. What a shambles and pain in the neck to get money back. They are unscrupulous ..

Worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My mate had booked a car through this company for the weekend. After arriving the guy was to busy on his phone to care. His whole service process was rushed and rudely done. I don’t know how you people find these staff . Horrible. I will never come back as a customer .A friend wanted to book a car and was thinking of hiring from this company but I warned him off and posting so people don’t experience such behaviour.

Worse service ever. They called me 1hr before my pick up time to tell me the Mascot office was going to be closed that if I minded going to the airport instead. Despite I said no and they agreed on sending someone to the Mascot office, I came and it was closed. Phone lines did not work. After 30 mins trying different phone numbers someone picked up and instructed us to come to the airport anyways. I'm spending more time picking up the car than actual using it. Will not t recommend this company to anyone

Very bad service. Office closed when I arrived even thought they had the flight details. Had to argue to get a car. And then the car had a fault so I had to drive it down to Newcastle for an exchange. And now can't even drop it off at Newcastle where I picked up the car from without huge charge for drop off.

One of my best experiences never made me wait honest and easy going thanks to sherif in the Lidcombe branch and happy to say im coming back tomorrow to rent another car from you cheap prices and reliable cars
