The website is easy to use, and really they took care of all the paperwork. I hardly did anything. It is easy to reach customer service and there is usually a dedicated person looking after each rental. That made it completely hassle free for me.

I have rented a car for a number on months now and my experience has been pretty good. They are generally helpful and get onto things pretty quickly. I would have given them a 4.5 star if I could. Only negative experience was that I was suddenly given a hefty toll bill, as they were charging me $10 on top each time I used a toll of around $5, and I use the toll often.

I tend to look for the latter for consistency of product and vehicle support. Happy with the level of service, I had to amend my hire dates and this was dealt with in a professional manner.

Probably the most advanced Vehicle Subscription player in Australia to date, Carly offers All-inclusive subscriptions on a variety of cars. There is no one-off fee to access the service, you can have a second driver with no additional cost and the process is pretty simple to activate your subscription. A few things can still be improved (website, depth of the fleet, end-customer experience for the delivery) but when you are leading a revolution, it's understandable. I would highly recommend people who want to make their life easier to switch to a Car-as-a-Service model with Carly. I had a look at other options and after comparison they are the best option out there!
