Friendliest and most helpful staff I've ever seen in car rental
We had a long term rental during covid and thoroughly enjoyed our rental, good price and great service by the staff and the whole of avis team across NSW which we needed to use few times during the 4 months rental. Great communication by the folks running this center and overall highly recommend the team there.
The staff so obliging go the extra mile. Young Clair having a go at we try harder. Vehicle range good and in top condition/presentation. Central easy access location. Bright and cheery all round. Top shelf lollies as a freebie. Well done

I booked a car for my employee with company card. When my employee came to pick up, they said they would cancel our booking, charge my card and then double bill and charge my employee credit card.
I have used many car rental service for employees for many years and never heard something so ridiculous and unfair.
When I went to ring they don’t accept calls.
I now have to cancel my meeting I am currently in and go there to pick up the car.
This place is a scam
Have rented cars here a few times, the staff are always friendly and helpful. Never had any issues. Just make sure you watch the YouTube video for where to return the car in the garage.
