Best service I've ever received, the process was so efficient and easy. The people were lovely and I felt supported at every stage of the way. Am definitely going to use Bayswater for all future car rental plans. The extra cover is definitely worth it as well btw! I had doubts as to whether I'd need it, but the benefits far outweighed the costs for me (not that I made use of the cover, so don't know if redeeming the cover would be a hard process) - peace of mind was worth it for me.

I always use these guys - no hidden extras, no catches, awesome customer service, great prices. If you return the car with more petrol in it than when they have it to you, they’ll give you a refund!!! - You are the best car hire company in Sydney, because you treat people fairly and well. Thank you!!

I’ve usually always had such great experiences with these guys which is why I didn’t give them a lower star rating due to an experience I just had today. I have just got off the phone with a woman who I was talking to who was profoundly rude on the phone when I voiced my concern about the refund of my deposit not going through. I disclosed with her that on my holiday with the car I had to cancel my card due to fraudulent activity (which is already unnerving) to which she replied rudely “well why didn’t you tell us when you returned the car”. To which I responded “to be honest I didn’t think about it” “also the man insisted I put the key into the return box rather than talk to him as there was a long que and that is why I’m calling up about it”. She continued to be short and abrasive to me throughout the conversation, ultimately telling me she couldn’t help me today as it was too difficult and that I should ring accounts tomorrow. As someone who has worked in customer service before, I understand how it can be challenging and tiresome at times but to speak to a customer like that in regard to a deposit refund is just preposterous. On the whole, I love your business model and have never had any issues but the woman I just got off the phone to was unpleasant enough for me to wish to review it. Which I do almost never. Please let her know that kindness and a calm nature go a long way.

Their toll charging system is NOT better than the wiggles in concert. They make you pay daily/per trip for your use of Sydney’s finest motorways, leaving me with a grand total of 63 different invoices for tolls over a 3 month period. 63. So last night after pulling out the magnifying glass and the trusty old spectacles, i retreated to the study for a brandy, cigar and a good old look at the kindle novel I had acquired titled “Scott’s Tolls” as I decided to investigate. What I found was shocking. I had to wonder how one could possibly have unwittingly contributed so much towards deforestation, as now I had to turn the printer on crack the stapler and get these bad boys in a legal format. Unbeknownst to me, but after a quick call to the office, where politics was the hot topic, I discovered I had a $700ish toll bill. Ok, I was travelling a lot for work, no big deal. So back to the study I retired and with the same scientific calculator I nailed my HSC maths exam with, I discovered $1030.16 in Toll charges. I had to ask myself, do they do this to everyone? Is the reason you get SO MANY invoices? Is it to hide the EXTRA ones? I was shocked, how could such a thing happen? So after another call today it seems I have to write another email to their toll department as the Customer Service Guidelines ACT 1937 (b) states: No one customer service agent may talk internally with the toll department. Such heinous actions will result in disciplinary action. Great, thanks for all your help

This place is a joke, DO NOT EVER RENT FROM HERE. I hired a car for 6 months spent over $6k in hire car fees the agreement was three days overdue which I renewed online and their “collections” shows up at my house unannounced demanding the car back at 7am in the morning after I have been a customer for 6months paid up to date I refused to give the car back I said I would return it in an hour as I have stuff in the car and when I am in the process of returning the car to their office I get a threatening text message saying they will be calling the authorities on me because I haven’t returned the car I am their best customer Everything was paid up to date, I called the number to see who would answer in the office and a guy Answers and I see him run out of the office I told him to come back and tell me to my face and he hung up in my face I was so offended. DO NOT EVER RENT FROM HERE THEY ARE DODGEY This is how they treat a customer that has hired from them for 6 months everything paid up to date. Go to hertz or elsewhere it’s not worth it and get professional service.
