This was my first time renting a car from Hertz and the Artarmon team member who helped me was fantastic! She talked me through the whole process and answered all my questions. The car was in excellent condition and I was very happy with the online special I received as well made hertz very affordable above other brands! I have already booked another car for a weekend away!
Great service and great people. I was disappointed though by toll admin fee - it's $35 (!!) for Sydney harbour bridge. It was my fault as I forgot to attach my own etoll tag, but penalising me this much seems unfair.

Hertz at Artarmon gave me a new Hyundai i30 to rent! I wanted a small car and was very happy with it. They were helpful and efficient and seemed a popular place to rent from. The return-car entry is handy alongside the left of the building although can be a little tight when they're busy. Someone was immediately on hand to direct me.
