The vehicle I hired was completely fine, but my rating reflects the customer service I received at the Arncliffe office. Very poor attitude and argumentative over simple questions asked concerning three different amounts quoted... also, be careful- the quote online is absolutely NOT what you are charged so there is little transparency in costs.
