Enterprise Car & Truck Rental

Terrible management & service. Book from this branch but when I arrived they told me go to Airport to pick it up. What I book online from their website is a Toyota Kluger with large storage but they gave me a rubbish Holden suv with very limited storage. DON'T book with them if you don't want to ruin your trip.

Worst customer experience! Not only was there absolutely no one at the rental desk when we got to the centre and no idea when they were coming back, when they arrived they told us that they didnt know when a car would be available and a refund wouldn't be available. After discussion suddenly they could find us a car that was still dirty. As we were late to our plans for the day we took it. But we would never use enterprise again. An awful experience.

Such an easy polite lovely company from the very start. I would 100% use them again. Felt so inviting. Thanks guys

DO NOT BOOK with Enterprise if you want to pick up the car that you booked online & paid for in advance! They will downgrade you to a smaller car with an excuse that they're OVERBOOKED (much like United Airlines scandal). However I was not informed this at all even though I made a full payment a month before the pick up.

This is a car rental company making money from not giving any detailed car damage report. And very poor impolite services. No reputation. better not choose this one
