Do not use. They charged me additional 10 litres of fuel even if I returned the car re-filled and the serviceman in the garage had confirmed it. We drove only 123km with Hyundai i30 so it is nonsense that we had consumed 10 litres even if I omitted additional fuel that I had re-filed. In addition, they charge 3.5 dollars per liter, while a market price is around 1.5. So we ended up with our credit card being charged additional 35 dollars. It has never happened to me in other rentals.
They are very unfriendly..
They do not accept cash only card where they charge you a fee. As i asked them to avoid the fee he just said you can not.
I replied with yeah then take cash or don’t charge extra.
Then the other guy said „mate it‘s only 3$“
I‘m pretty sure they would have accepted cash but they been to lazy.
This GUYS have to look for a new job!!
Very unfriendly, terrible service and extremely inefficient. Cars have never been ready for the time they were supposed to be so don't use AVIS if you are on a scheduled journey.

Really had no issues with these guys. Ordered online, was given keys after a very short briefing regarding t&c and where to pick up/leave back car. The car by the way was awesome. Great experience overall.
