The service from the actual staff on the service desk was great but the phone assistance was terrible.
The worst experience I have had hiring a car!
Booked a car online, turned up to pick it up:
- was given a smaller car than I'd reserved
- was charged $10 per day more for the smaller car than the price agreed on the website
- attendants reaction (male - name started with K but he wasn't exactly very welcoming & forthcoming with conversation - so didn't get a chance to catch name properly) was to shrug his shoulders & say well this is all we've got! There was a fleet of cars sitting outside.
- If I hadn't needed a vehicle there and then for an appointment I was already running late for, I would not have taken the car.
Service is AWFUL. Will NOT be back.

AVOID unless you want to...
- Be Overcharged
- Deal with disorganised staff
- Be given a different (cheaper) van then wait an hour for the van you reserved
- Be spoken down on
- Be unable to extend without risking a $150 extra hiring charge because you are an hour behind schedule due to the incompetence and disorganisation within the business
A regular customer who definitely will not be returning
