Of all the car rental places in Perth, my opinion is that this one is the best. No deposit or bond. Clean & reliable cars, helpful & friendly staff. Very good rates if not the best in town. A word of advice when hiring a car, There is an airport tax so when you hire a car from the airport you pay extra. Book & hire from in Perth city.

Courteous, efficient service with a small comfortable car provided as booked. Definitely will use again here in WA & interstate. City pickup depot very convenient.

I was overcharged 2.5 times the cost of the entire rental for miles, after been told the majority would be covered. Staff are friendly but Redspot and head office are greedy. Told me that after adding an additional day, the entire agreement changes and i wasn't made aware. $250 rental ended up costing me $700. Nice work - never again.

Poor service.nOne member working who clearly wasnt 100% clear on what he was supposed to be doing. 10mins between serving customers to get cars out of storage.nI told him I wanted to hire a car and only after I waited 35mins he tells me there isn't one available. Why not tell me from the start when I asked?nnBayswater Car Rental 100mtrs up the road provided a much more professional service.

We rented a Kia Rio for a week and were very pleased with the upgrade to the four-door model, the car itself, and the service on pick-up and drop-off.nnThis was the second time we've used Redspot. The first was in Brisbane in April, where we were also very pleased with the service. We'll be repeat customers.
