Bought a pair of shoes online that were faulty and directed to nearest store. The staff were very helpful. I received a credit for the faulty shoes and got fitted up for a new pair. Satisfied customer.

Just brought some scholl thongs,I have only worn them only to town as have old ones for around home. Only to notice the left side one has the strap has losen so much it's impossible to walk in them.i return to the shop in caneland to complain and to show the girl.she rudely said can't help you.
