Poor customer service. 3 employees sitting on their phones, not bothered to serve us or other customers the 2 times we came into the store. 4-5 week delay to get order with a potential of another 4-5 week to deliver on top of that. Read your agreement closely, they will take your deposit if you cancel your order for any reason. When notified that chairs where being dispatched from the second holding warehouse, information to delivery location was incorrect on not one but two occasion. They won't answer their phones on weekends and when trying to get delivery sorted, got transferred on the phone 7 times before it got fixed. Chairs eventually turned up with one seat damaged. Overall experience with this group poor. Do not recommend buying anything from them.

Very good quality furniture,let down by delivery service. Waited 6 weeks for a table and chairs, when told a delivery date, drivers arrived at 7 pm when told at midday to expect them at 4 to 6 pm, and left the legs for said table at the shop,they think. Not sure when to expect legs.

Great selection and a good atmosphere. Can’t complain on the service.
