To Whomever CaresnnI hired a truck from NQ Mackay for 4 days. The lady at the front counter was extremely rude and the truck clearly unroadworthy! Cracked across the windscreen, no aircon, made a huge screeching noise whilst driving, no clearance lights working. I called up to let them know we are returning the truck a day early & was still charged for 4 days !nI hire trucks & have been for years all over Australia & after my experience with NQ Truck Rentals will never be using you again.
