Review: Dr Florian Mutzke. Late for my appt, but cut me off at 15mins. Arrogant. Lent his head on hand for whole appt. Kept checking time on his PC. No analytical ability. No ideas or suggestions. Little empathy. Made to feel stupid. Not a good DR.
Edit: Florian has chased up. Disappointed to hear he was more concerned for the impact of the review and defending than admitting we've had two appts and no doctoring has been done yet on his part.
Very happy with the doctors especially Dr Philip Wu and Dr Ly. I have been well taken careof snd no complaints to so far. Staffs are friendly and helpful too.
After seeing doctors here for years I was upset to find that I hadn't been bulk billed at my last appointment. The doctor I saw said it was because he wasn't making enough from Medicare anymore so I had to pay. What annoys me is that this was not mentioned before my appointment leaving me with no choice but to tell the reception that I didn't have $70 to pay at this time. Thank you Dr Foss!
