Guys that work there are pretty good by memmory I've lived near buy for yrs bought lot of stuff through them over the yrs can't say I'm able to complain about,nThey are same as any of these plumbing stores they are more than willing to help you prices aren't to bad tools can be a little pricey but most of your plumbing equipment is always top quality at a reasonable price you will always find cheaper with bunnings around the corner but weather you will receive same quality in tradesman ship there to help guide you through your do it your self job or to help repair something correctly around your home I've found this guys to be good value,nMaybe you will too
