I have bought tiles from this company on several occasions, 2 years ago, but had someone else install them. The guys that installed my tiles were very professional and extremely good. I find that this shop has a large and interesting range and would definitely buy from them again. I thought Darren was very helpful! Overall my experience has been very good.

Absolutely shocking. Worst floor ever. Apparently it is the product and not his fault (although floor preparation should have stopped it from being wavy right?) and apparently, even though until now he replaced them all with the goodwill of his heart, he now doesn't anymore and he will sue the company. However, his wife is sick and he doesn't have the time.......
