Elbowroom

After obtaining rates for a separate job whereby Elbowroom were more expensive than Total Storage Systems (the only other supplier of Colby rack in Brisbane) we were looking for a quote on another job. After weeks of following up and being told they would have something for us, we were told they didn't want to do business with us as we used them to 'price match'. Well Frank and Michael, if your quote was competitive in the first place, we would have placed an order with you. To be told after weeks of follow up calls to go away, because you saw a competitors rack during the quote process, it shows the true colours of this organisation.nnSTAY AWAY and go elsewhere.
