OZ Design Furniture Macgregor

Called to check stock advised it was on display told them it was a 30km drive to store. Proceeded to drive the 60km round trip for it not to be on display at all and no stock. But they offered to show it me online ud83dude12

I recently received the dining suite and occasional table I ordered from the OzDesign MacGregor store. OzDesign's range of furniture is varied, with something to suit all tastes and the quality is uniformly high. It was lovely to be able to order Australian made furniture in one case and in the other case Australian timber but then made in Vietnam. Marie-Therese was wonderful. She is a designer so had great ideas about what would go together.When the items were delivered there was a mix up in store as the chairs were meant to be put together for me prior to the delivery. When I phoned after delivery Marie-Therese was at my place within half an hour to put the chairs together so I could have the chairs before Christmas. The new furniture looks wonderful and I would definitely go the OzDesign MacGregor as my first choice in furniture.

We are big fans of Oz design furniture. You can't deny the quality here, although you are paying a price for it. This one acta as a bit of an outlet for Oz Design so they have a lot of ex floor stock which means you can purchase and take home on the day.

I had a terrible experience with this shop. I purchased 3 bar chairs about 4 weeks ago. Besides the price and design, the most important reason that I bought them is because the staff told me the chairs would be delivered in two weeks. After two weeks, as I did not receive any phone call from them, I made my first phone call to check if the chairs were available. The staff who pick up my phone call seemed very impatient and told me they will check, but did not call me back. One week later, I made second phone call. The staff told me to call me back on next Monday, but did not call me again. Today, I just made the third phone call and was told that they had no idea what is happening with my order. The staff seemed very frustrated and told me someone would call me on Thursday. Should I wait:) ?
