In these crazy times of Covid and exceptionally long delays for furniture; Peter from the MacGregor store has gone above and beyond to secure my dining setting in time for Chrismtas! He has called and updated me every step of the way, made the process easy and is very polite and courteous. Peter, you're an asset to the business, keep up the good work!

Bought modular lounge 2 years ago. It arrived stained and marked. A solution was painfully negotiated. 7 mths ago seat cushion collapsed. They inspected but refused replacement until I threatened Consumer Affairs. They're now replacing cushion but 7 mnths on replacement is still being made??? GIVE FOCUS ON FURNITURE A BIG MISS. Spend your $$$ elsewhere.
