Sleepy's Macgregor

Michelle and Jovan from the Macgregor store were both incredibly helpful and informative during our experience buying a new mattress. They were both very friendly and easy to deal with. They showed a wealth of knowledge on all the mattresses, I never knew so much went in to building a great mattress! We bought our sons bed here in 2017 and knew it was the place to come to get our daughters bed. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very competitive prices. Will be going back when we need to upgrade our bed.

My husband and I required a new mattress. Michelle approached us upon our arrival. Inquired about what our needs were and proceeded to show us suitable mattresses. Michelle was extremely knowledgeable about the different products as well as warranties, delivery etc. Before leaving to look at other competetors, Michelle gave us a written quote and information on the mattress we were considering. After short visits at other competitors, whose customer service was extremely poor we returned to Sleepy's at Macgregor where we purchased a mattress. I can not fault Michelle's knowledge of product and especially her commitment to customer service.

We used Sleepy's when buying beds for our children, we were happy back then so returned to choose a new bed for ourselves. Jo took time to understand our needs, presented the options and gave us a great price deal. Excellent customer service and value for money, which is why we are repeat buyers from Sleepy's Macgregor.
