Great customer service. Staff were super friendly and very accommodating in giving of their time to answer all of my mant questions as I had many given my first experience with home refurbishment. They were even able to point out many factors for choice of product that I hadn't considered. I had the services of the wonderful young man Costa for both carpet and timber flooring and the owner Darryl for blinds. Both were super professional and looked after both jobs with a high degree of care and consideration with the product and its installation along with rectifying small issues that arose during the process.

Tom was absolutely fantastic in helping me replace the carpet after I purchased my first home. Knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy, he made it a very easy process. The installer, Nathan, was also wonderful. Thanks!

Just moved into a newly purchased house and had the carpets in 4 bedrooms and a study replaced with vinyl. From the initial discussions I had with Tom instore (very informative and not pushy at all) , to being able to fit in my install at short notice; I was really happy with the process from start to finish.nnWhen we ripped up the carpets we found some previous water damaged that needed to be fixed by a carpenter Jake the installer was great and installed the majority of our flooring so we could move in, whilst coming back later to do the water damaged bits that had subsequently been fixed. I appreciated the flexibility in being able to come back to finish the job.nnWould recommend to others.

I've used Andersen's Macgregor twice now. This month and 5 years ago. They were good 5 years ago, but this time around I was extremely satisfied with everyone from help in the showroom, to Costa coming to our house, and Nathan laying the carpet. All were friendly and professional and wouldn't hesitate using again :)

Outstanding service from meet and greet to final invoice. The carpet is perfect and the professional fit is faultless. (in both homes) Thanks to Tom and Nathan for the expert job and the easy, pleasant experience (at a reasonably stressful time!) We will be back. Diana and Ian.
