Absolutely worst customer service. You get told one thing by store staff then another by other staff. No manager or owner is ever available to speak to you. They say email, but no emails get answered. Will never be going to another BFO store after my experience. Save yourself the headache and bypass them.

Bought a lounge in July last year and it's already broken foam dose not last you are better off paying that little bit more and going to a proper furniture shop they take no responsibility and don't even bother to come out and have a look to see the problem they just automatically blame you. I will never shop her again

You can get some good deals here. A good place to check out and compare prices before you check the larger stores. Ther e's conveniently a Super Amart next door so you can quickly compare prices between both shops. I am very happy with my Queen Bed.nCheck it out for yourself. You might sure yourself some money.
