Awesome Beds 4 Kids

Their beds require significant amounts of assembly. The items we received were 100% flat packed. This was not disclosed to us at point of sale and we were advised assembly service cost an additional $250 per bed. We expected some assembly, however did not expect the level of assembly required. Assembly of each bed was quite complex and took 6 hours per bed to complete. Would recommend that assembly requirements be fully disclosed at point of sale.

One of the main planks of the bed only had the holes drilled on one end. I emailed explaining the issue and never heard back.nnI had to spend another $70 on a drill and bit set just to be able to build the bed.

I found the beds to be pricey. Quality seems good just as any other big store. The lady that talked to us wasn't rude however not at all friendly. She may of made a sale just out of our ignorance if she was friendly. We brought 2 kids beds elsewhere for a 1/3 off their price.

UPDATEnReceived my order - a triple bunk and pillowtop mattress and we are very happy how it turned out. Very strong and good quality wood/metal bed frame with awesome shelves. Mattress is super comfortable however there isn't a lot of room under the top bunk. I really appreciated the great service from Jamie and Glen, they were very friendly.nnThe woman I initially spoke to on the phone before ordering seemed cold and argumentative. I also don't understand why it takes 3 weeks to deliver 25km. Whatever it was I wasn't made aware

Glen the owner was great to deal with, they have a beautiful selection of beds. Highly recommend for great service.
