Highly recommend their mountainbike tour service! The derby tour I took was absolutely a blast, they took care of everything from airport pickup to lodgings, from shuttles to restaurant reservations, all you need to do is riding your bike and have fun! Great touring service with well planned route, and reasonable price.

Just had my first ride after Ben gave my Trek Fuel a full service including a shock and fork service. Ben then spent time with me helping get everything set up nicely. The bike is now running and handling better than ever. I would definitely recommend Big Mountain to anybody looking for first rate place to get their bike serviced. ✅

These guys are awesome so far I have had two mountain biking one on one skills clinics, where I think my skills for the trail have improved 120%. I feel more confident and comfortable on the bike which has translated to faster, safer and more enjoyable riding.nThey have also given me advice on parts and installed my dropper post on my old 26er, they deciphered the complex world of sizing and retrofitting to an older frame. Just recently I messed up my drivetrain by trying to upgrade to a 1x10 system myself and they booked me in, no judgement and had my bike running sweet in less than 24 hrs. Love these guys 200% recommend them.
