I had the exact same experience as Anita. Got a quote months ago and agreed to it. Had to chase Peter up 3 times to ask when he could do it. He actually came to our house with the purpose of collecting the sofa and then said 'oh actually I'm going away for 8 days so I'll call you' ud83dude44 No call of course and when I called him 2 weeks later (4th chase up on my behalf) he pretended he had people in the shop (it was after closing time) All such a waste of time, just a simple 'I'm not able to do this job' would have alleviated so much time wasted. Very unprofessional.

I contacted Peter, who after sometime came to my house to measure the lounge. He advised me which company I should go to for the fabric, which I did. I waited another 2 weeks. Then I rang again. After another 2 weeks, I rang again and he came to the house for the foam density. I waited another 2 weeks and rang again. I enquired what was happening as he hadn’t replied. Then, I said, ‘do you want the job’ and his reply was ‘not really’!!! Why he couldn’t tell me that from the beginning or at some point, I do not know? I didn’t need the lounge recovered before Christmas as there was no rush. Really disappointed.

I had a outdoor seat base covered. They did a really great job for a good price. I’ll definitely use again. Thanks.
