Just purchased a new mattress and ensemble, amazing service! We dealt with Ross on our first visit and Nathan and Michelle on our second visit when we purchased, everyone we dealt with were knowledgable and pacient. The product we ended up purchasing is also second to none and we shopped around a lot. Highly recommended
After attending most matress shops in Toowoomba Snooze was by far the most educated and knew what they were talking about. Lyn was very helpful and we picked out a great matress can't wait to sleep on it.
Terrible customer service. I was in store for around 15 minutes and not once was I acknowledged. I walked out and happily went elsewhere to buy My mattress and other products.
