Absolutely great. Leah, the counter assistant was so helpful. I went into the store expecting my problem to take time, but Leah had it all sorted within 10 minutes. She was so happy and friendly.

Absolutely amazing service, I was greeted by Kim when I walked in and she helped me find everything I needed! Even when my Goto solution wasnt in stock she found something similar quickly to make sure I wouldn't be without!nSmiles from the whole team can tell it's a good work atmosphere.

Went in, needed help with furniture. Went over to appropriate section. Had a look round. 4, 5 staff members were in a circle talking about general chit chat. No one came over to ask if we needed help with anything. Very disappointing. Normally they're very good at helping you. Not this time unfortunately. Waited for a while, no offer of help, so we decided to leave.

Cristian was really great, he really understood the problems I had with my neck, and was able to help me figure out which mattress to get, he was so amazing and helpful.
