Early Settler Toowoomba

Last week I received a text message from early settler that my order was ready for pick up. Now only one person at work. I truely waited over 1/2 hour. The salesperson did her best. No order came through. I showed my message and another 1/2 hour. This is very poor social skills and poor quality service.nRegardsnLeesa Haywood

I was ignored from the moment I entered and then exited the store by staff. No acknowledgement even as I inspected the floor stock over a 10 minute period throughout the store, even though the two staff members sat at the counter with no other customers to serve. I went and spent $9500 at Nick Scali, so I recommend people shop there based on quality of service and product! Will never shop at early settler I’m afraid.

I ordered a rug online from Early Settler, paid upfront, to be collected at this store. I never received notification the order had arrived, so phoned to check on the order 3 times, always being told a different story. Firstly, they were so busy, I shouldn't have expected it in the timeframe given by the company and my enquiry was met with much disdain. Secondly, something had happened to the oder that they couldnt explain but they assured me they had placed an urgent order and I would receive my product soon. Thirdly, the order was apparently in store but no one could find it and they would have to call me back. On my last attempt, I find out there is not stock of the rug anywhere, except their dirty floorstock, and I have to now deal with head office to get a refund. Had I not pursued this so many times, I have no doubt the company would have kept my money and I never would have received a product. Quite unbelievable.
