We love James lane for our furniture needs. We personally dealt with Michelle and she was an absolute blessing. She want above and beyond to ensure everything that we needed was arranged and relieve red in a timely manner. We will continue to deal with Michelle at James Lane in the future for all of furniture needs.

Thank you for efficient service. The mattress is perfect. Being able to do business with no bs when you're busy makes a massive difference and now having to wait weeks or months for it to arrive is the way it should be. I will absolutely be back.

Be very wary when selecting mattress. We were sold a high end mattresses that did not suit our needs and told no problem you can exchange within 30days. What we weren’t told was that it has to be of equal value and there is a $100 restocking/admin fee. So we ended up spending $200 more than we needed to buying a mattress from James Lane. They have lost our return business.

Found them not very helpful and wouldn't answer phone when called
