Empty shop ..grabbed five small boxes from free box area which was full...swiftly told by the checkout lady I was only allowed to take four...put a sign up

I experienced 2 rude and unhelpful people in the tool department. They need some fundamental training in customer service and basic courtesy. Zero stars for you. The saving grace was the wonderful girl at the front who was incredibly helpful and super lovely. Please double her pay.

I was waiting to be served at the cafe while the older lady was serving somebody now she's finish serving and I was there for about 5 minutes and still haven't been served she was pretty much ignored me and my daughter so I just turned around and walked off and take my money somewhere else very poor customer service she had Gray hair no longer then her shoulder. maybe because I'm Aboriginal ud83eudd14

Staff are so friendly and helpful @ Rothwell Store. Night shift manager Lisa is amazing asset to bunnings Rothwell her service is fantastic always willing to help point you in the right direction.

Attended 2 stores with both showing the product available on computer and no stock available on shelf. You would think spending millions of dollars on technologies would reduce problems like this. I'm sure it' not the first time this has happened.
