I emailed them. “As you can see the price for 4 days for this car was $38.89 per day and was a total of $190.58 with fee’s. I had extended the car rental to a total of 8 days.nnCan you please help me with my car charges noted below which represent $633.51? Could I please requests these excess charges be refunded by Friday the 26/06/20”nnThey never wrote back.

Was charged for the hand trolley that I didn't get with the truck and nor was I reimbursed for the trolley hire. Aside from that the truck worked fine, you just need to take a photo of the vehicle from every angle and of any damages already sustained to the truck prior to your use in case they try to charge you for it. That advice was given by one of the workers there. Maybe there's been problems where the company has charged a past customer for damages from the previous customer before them.
