A quality experience from everyone - from the operator on the phone to the staff at Kippa Ring. Mandy (Kippa Ring reception) sorted me out very efficiently and was both delightful and informative. The guy preparing vehicles also turned the car I was waiting on very quickly. They got me driving without any fuss and all went very smoothly. The car was clean and didn’t miss a beat. A friendly and easy experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.
Phoned to ask if I could drop my car there rather than airport. Lovely lady on the phone said yes bring straight down, only 5 minutes from home & took all of one minute!! Shocked that I could do this rather than 30+ minutes to airport - asked several times over 2 week period if an alternative place to drop my car back and no one told me about this place. So greatful and right next door to a smash repairs which I’ll need once my car arrives from Melbourne! So convenient!
