Went to the Westfield North Lakes store last week and Kelly was very helpful. Acknowledged us when we went in but not pushy. Sharp contrast to another store we went in nearby. Bought great boots. Today we went in to get another pair of boots in a different colour as they were so comfortable. Cassandra greeted us this time. Same thing, friendly but not pushy and both ladies very helpful. Customer Service training is obviously working. Great boots, great price, great service.

My daughter had paid $50 for a pair of heels that she had worn for no more than 3 hours, and the sole at the heel started to peel away. She took them back to the North Lakes store where the manager, Kerry, told her that she had 'worn them too hard...? and then as she was leaving the store Kerry said 'good try on returning them'.nThe customer service, especially by the manger, was pathetic. She needs to read the dockets as it states that returns will be honoured for faulty products.
