This is a beautiful store and the saleslady - Morgan, who looked after me was very friendly, professional, efficient and she had a lot of product knowledge. I was extremely happy with my experience in this store. She sold me my new skechers and also was very good with her 'add on' skills. I also bought 2 packs of socks. Thank you Morgan. We will definitely come back here.

The young lady in the shop this morning had a happy smile on her face and couldn't have been more helpful she was very proficient in her manner I would say that she is a asset to Skechers or any employer

I walked into the north lakes store roughly 15 minutes before closing yesterday to purchase black waterproof shoes due to walking around at work at the aged care facility. I was served by a young girl named Monique who was super friendly and recommended shoes that would help as i had painful feet and heels yesterday and i could not wait another day to purchase shoes due to the pain my feet had been through at work. Monique suggested the mens go walk smart shoes as an alternative as ordering online was not an option for me, and i have wide feet and female sizes only go up to 11 and are too narrow for my feet. Tried on the mens go walk smart black shoes and wore my shoes to work today, i kid you not, these are the best and most comfortable shoes i have worn. I felt like i was walking on clouds today. Felt no pain in my feet, and it was super comfy to wear all day at work today. Thank you so much Monique you life saver. Your suggestion for shoes to purchase last minute has made this person, a very happy person today and im sure the shoes will continue to make my feet feel like its walking on clouds everyday. Monique deserves employee of the month or even a pay rise for her wonderful assistance and friendly smile. Awesome service. Even though the shopping centre was closing, not once did she rush with selection nor did she appear to try and get rid of me so she could close up and go home for the day. Thank you again Monique.

I have visited Skechers quite a few times and the staff have been faultless, however, my experience last Thursday, 11th March 2021, was horrible. Firstly, I was approached from behind by a female salesperson who spoke so loudly I was startled. She began to serve me then disappeared. The young man who took over spoke so loud and fast he was hard to understand. Not a relaxing experience at all.
