What amazing customer service!nWe bought a pressure cooker in early December, and found it was missing the sealing ring. We couldn't get back to the store until a month later ... explained the problem, and it was swapped over without question!nnWe were expecting to have to buy a seal (which wouldn't have been an unreasonable compromise) but instead we got a complete new cooker!nnHighly recommend this retailer! Great products and service to back it up!

Worst store in Brisbane. Save your money and look elsewhere. They have no clue about online sales and staff are rude.
